I'm a 20 yo middle distance guy.
I run since I was a child but didn't train properly until late 2018. Then things improved but my mileage was not so consistent, I'd say barely 50 mpw on avg during 2019/2020 seasons. My 2020 PR's were 4:11 (mile) and 14:26 (5K).
This season I started to take it more seriously (60/75 mpw on regular basis from november 2020) and my times dropped to 4:04 and 14:02.
What could my 5K potential be? I hope to get into 13:20 - 13:30 range within 3 years and then maybe peak at 25 with a sub 13:20. Could it be feasible based on my current times/age/level of training?
