Where do wealthy folks buy clothes?

If you drop 50K at walmart do you get good stuff??

Maybe off topic but the other day a kid called me a "Dollar Store Michael Jackson" and I didn't get it

Boutique shops. High end brand stores.

Unless you're talking about "wealthy", like Billionaries.

They probably use exclusive, custom outfitters.

If you are talking suits and dress shirts they likely get them custom made. Leisure clothes would be boutiques or web.

The ones I know go to consignment stores, Marshalls, and so on. There's an aversion to Wal-Mart.

Wealthy people have a fashion consultant come to their home and have them show them the type of clothes that they like. Then this person does the fitting and measurements and gets a tailor to then construct the clothes for them. The consultant then delivers the clothes when they are ready.

Some analysts and advisors in financial services industry work 12 to 15 hour days, need nice clothes but don't have time to shop. Tailors, some days are walking around, showing fabrics and measuring guys for shirts and suits.

I don't know but Shaq is lucky to be rich, considering how often his weight bounces from extremely fat to normal to fat again. He probably has to replace everything at least once a month.

Depends on the wealthy person. I know a billionaire who shopped at Marshall's and upper middle class folks with 100k+ wardrobes. More about the person than the bank account.

i got most of my clothes at Costco.

A few things at Amazon.

A couple of sweat shirts i wear a lot I found on the side of the road, some running attire I found discarded at the track.

Direct from the designers. Individual shops that aren't in chains. Harrods. Some department stores like Selfridges and maybe John Lewis. I'd say it's mainly the individual shops though.

Also... I'd say some extremely wealthy (and maybe more towards the old money kind of families) don't give a toss about clothes and they wear old knitted jumpers with holes in them and so on.

Nordstrom would have to be up there
