started to do vo2 max intervals such as said by jake daniels.
my easy pace is about 7:30 +/- 10 seconds. want to know what is my best pace for jake daniels vo2max sessions. i probably do about 39 - 40 miles per week.
ive tried sessions of something like 10 * 300m intervals on grass at about 57-58.
is this a good pace ? should it be faster / slower? should the interval be longer and at what pace?
