I have about 60 miles on mine and the tread is actually a little torn up (on the heel). I have poor form, but still pretty surprising. How much did you get out of yours (specify track or XC, please).

I do not think a lot of people keep track of the mileage on the spikes, Usually, spikes are just changed every season or when they are torn or have any other problems mid-season, etc. Haven't heard of anyone actually keeping track of the mileage on them.

Fair, though Strava logs mileage it for you automatically. If you're not on Strava for whatever reason, it's also pretty straightforward to say X weeks x Y miles per track workout x Z track workouts per week.
