i have one last cross country meet, so i only have one more chance to break 17 mins this season. or at least get really close to low 17 mins. my pr is 17:40 that i ran 3 weeks ago.
i have a meet on friday of this week. is it possible i can low 17 or even break 17 min?
this is my first xc season btw? i need tips on pacing also
