I live in Vancouver and for 7-8 months of the year, non-stop garbage @ss rain and wind is the norm weather-wise. I do eventually stop b!tching about it and do my sprint workouts in the less than optimal conditions if I have to, but was curious if you guys/gals have any tips on places I can go train and avoid the rain and the wet and slippery ground? Indoor tracks are not an option by the way =/
