How versatile is this shoe? Looking to use them on a XC heavy grass course. I’ve seen athletes use them on the track but I’m skeptical about my calves. The endorphin lineup is my current go to for workouts.

It’s a good shoe. I’d probably wear for cross over the other spike options available right now.
Probably the best workout shoe Nike has released recently. I am a 1;47 800m runner and use it for a lot of track workouts, especially early in the season and cross country. It is softer than an average spike, so it does not leave my legs beat up, but at the same time it has enough grip to run fast race pace workouts on a track. In season I usually tend to switch to dragonfly for most workouts, but still bring back streak LT for some shorter intervals, etc. Would highly suggest this shoe!!
I highly recommend the spike-flat. I use it for both grass and track workouts, as well as cross country races. The small heel toe drop helps save your calves and legs in general compared to regular spikes. I also have the endorphin speed for road workouts and I don’t have problems with the spike flat beating up my legs.

It's super versatile, but will put a lot of strain on your calves and feet if you aren't used to running in spikes or "real" racing flats.
