6th place. Took it to much bigger names. Looks like she is unsponsored.

Pretty good in my book.
How much does someone like Jordan Hasay get paid?
Very impressive race and result!
My one nit is that it looked like she was leading the pack pretty often, which may have wasted a little energy. If I were in the lead pack at Boston and feeling great I would probably do the same thing, but it's probably not the best tactic.

She said afterward that she wanted someone else to lead but couldn't get anyone to.

What's a 2:20 & 130k IG followers worth to you versus a breakout performance & 8.5k followers?
This thread is about Rojas. She ran a great race. Someone should sponsor her.
Come on, Skechers.
Rupp has 0 Instagram followers and gets paid a pretty penny.
I'm not gonna say she shouldn't be sponsored because I can't guess what some of these brands really want. However I can see how they wouldn't see much upside, she wasn't even within spitting distance of the top 3 in Atlanta at the OT last year at age 32. It's been a couple of years since her real breakout at Grandma's and as evidenced by her SM following people just aren't very interested in her. Unusual doesn't mean significantly compelling. Just like it doesn't always automatically mean dodgy though I do agree that a Skechers sponsorship would be poetic.

Great performance by Nell. Watched some of her YouTube training videos coached by her dad.
Nothing too fancy, she just puts in the work and is doing well despite not having the standout early fast times. Good role model for most of us showing success in running is never a quick progression.

Yeahhh, ok, but now you're gonna compare Rupp to Rojas? Beating Jenny Simpson once & 1 top-10 at Boston is not the same as Rupp's decorated career. Jordan Hasay is plenty valuable to Nike. Ignore that if you want to.
Again, none of what I'm trying to say should take away from Rojas & that I think she deserves a contract.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
