American CJ Albertson has a 2+ Minute lead at halfway of Boston Marathon

Could be like in the olympic womens cycling race where the pack was too complacent and let the one woman was was clearly otherwise less talented get too far ahead and win. Yes they deserve the L if that happens and the winner deserves mad props. At least 9 times out of 10 though they get caught at some point. I'm rooting for CJ.

At this point he can give up 10 seconds per mile and still be fighting for the win. That's crazy. I don't think they'll catch him until in the final 5k.

CJ last 5 km split was 1630

That first mile was real stupid then the next three mile all at sub-4:50 pace per mile were stupid. He wanted to be on tv. He wanted to be a topic of discussion on this site. Again, his first mile was stupid.
