course is usually dry and mainly dirt, def go for vaporflies... they have a carbon plate... if it's raining or really muddy then I dont know

See a lot of guys wearing them but zero girls....hs girls too light for VF to get a performance response?

Newbury Park guys didn't wear them and crushed it last weekend. That course would be crazy with VF. They are too bulky and the dirt is dry and loose. It would be a bad idea to wear them unless it was a road race. They have maybe 200m of road surface

It's not flat at all. Solid course with a good amount of hills
