Come back to this thread when he does. His training has been going insane. A lot more fit than Faubs or Bennie.
Wait and see 👀

Was he one of the Hardy Boys in the old tv series?
Hilarious
Will he, or won't he Stinson Boston?

More like come back to this thread after he goes out in 64:00 and then blows up to a 2:13. It's a net downhill course so he should be able to put up a huge time, but he typically goes out too fast and the biggest hills that do exist in this course are in the second half, which will further worsen is explosion after going out too fast.

I would say that you do not know running too well. The fact that his training has been going insane is exactly the problem. He is training way above his fitness level and will run poorly on Monday,
I like how he goes for it, hope it goes well
Maybe if he gives that atrocious arm swing a rest
I don’t think he has learned how to pace a marathon yet.

I get Parker confused with The Athlete Special. I check in on them periodically, but don't lose sleep if I forget. Which I often do.

I wish him the best but he'll go out in 65 and run 2:14.

Unfortunately this is probably true. Races all of his workouts - does it all for the 'gram. If he would drop all of his social media and concentrate on preparing for the race he may put up a decent result.
literally everyone has a social media. cheptegei posts on his regularly. its not an excuse for poor results. pro runners have more than enough free time to engage with others on instagram or even make youtube vids if they want...as long as it doesnt mess with them mentally (which is possible, see centro and how he has performed lately after "your move")
Didn’t know about the “blame it on the Oregon guys” part but knew the rest
Details?

Yeah, there's more evidence that he's still undisciplined (the barfly incident, out of OT with injury) than that he's going to stick to the discipline that got him the PR in Chicago '19. Predicting that he has another breakout performance is no longer even a hot take.

Lol they are both too much. Just extra. But the former is at least clearly an American pro caliber athlete who likes to f*** around and "go hard bro" and the other is a failed wannabe currently living at home with a girlfriend who somehow manages to act like even more of an absolute imbecile than he does.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
Iām a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
