15:10 or so is my guess. Depends how hard it felt though.

15:00-15:20 is my best guess, depending on course and conditions. Shortening the rest a bit, might make estimating easier. But since you did the 6th rep in 2:55, I think you can likely hold the 3:00 pace for 3.1 miles. Let us know how it comes out.
