I am gearing up for a Marathon in a couple weeks and the last 8 weeks i have averaged around 80ish miles. With 3 weeks 90ish miles. I have done 2 20 mile long runs. 5 plua long run/workouts totaling around 17 ish miles. And have done the following workouts.
What can i run for the marathon based of this information? Sub 2:23 ?
10mile at 54:30 + 8 x 1k at 3:06average
3 x 2M at 10:10,10:05,10:00 + 10mile at 6ish
4 x 2mile at 10:20,10:16,10:10,10:06 +1mi at 5:00
4 x 5k at 16:20 avg
4,3,2,1mile at 21:24,15;45,10:20,5:00
8 × 1mile at 5:05 avg
8 mile at 5:21 avg.
