4 of their guys ran 14:25 literally looking like they were out on an easy tempo. Sean Brosnan says that his entire top 7 can average under 14:00, and after seeing this video, it doesn't seem to be that outrageous of a goal.

That was only for 3 miles, not impressed...
Depends on if they make it actually 3 miles this year or not

The super fast times from CA are on courses as flat as I've ever seen (and also on perfect dirt), and some of the 3 mile courses are 20-30 seconds short.
Still, show me a state with so many running under 15 all year?

Same as their tracks, flat and short year after year.
The "California 5k" is a popular euphemism.
Current metrics put the CA5K at ~4575 meters.

No it's not. Only in your weird autistic world.

Same as their women, flat and short year after year. Of course they use surgery and heels to combat this.

Are you intoxicated??
Was the course spared from the burning to ground California went through?

Yeah, that's not a thing... Here is the CA state meet course. It's definitely 5k and not perfectly flat. Mostly dirt though, which is of course faster than thick grass.

This is untrue.
Every good CA kid posts INSANE "5K" times but they don't win NXN or footlocker by like 30 seconds.
There is distance deflation in CA, beware!
PS. Mt. SAC has admitted to this for years.

Why all the arguing about 5k.
Woodbridge is a 3 mile race, flat and very fast. Will the to seven be under 14:00,maybe. times at Woodbridge can't be compared to any other event.
Those same 7 won't be close to breaking 15:00 at NXN.
There are at least 3 girls who could go sub-16 (but who will win, I won't even guess):
Lauren Ping
Sadie Engelhardt
Dalia Frias
Are there others?
