I'm about to go into "down week" mode. Last 7 days I've run 84.5 miles BUT all I'm doing today is a 30 min lunch run. I'm supposed to start my colonoscopy prep at 4 pm so I doubt I will be capable of doing a run after work. I will definitely not be running in the morning before the procedure and likely nothing later in the day either but we'll see. Getting up super early Saturday to start an early tailgate at War Memorial Stadium in Laramie (Ball St at Wyoming) and won't have time for a run to travel back on Sunday. Maybe all this extra "running rest" will do a body good and get back to it on Monday!
