Always thought I (18f) was long, but now I'm not sure....
My times are not that great but am just curious.
800: around 2:38 (haven't raced one though, just estimating based on 7th grade time lol and more recent workouts)
1 mile: 5:43 (worked down from 6:13)
2 mile: 13:00 (only raced once)
5k: 21:05 (but usually get 21s or 22s depending on course)
10k: 45:29 (just ran on my own, not timed course)
half: 1:40:20 (just ran on my own, not timed course)
Do you enjoy running tons of miles?
Hard to tell without a real race, your times seem to be consistent across the spectrum, but, assuming it is XC, the 5K time seems the best to me. What pace do you run on 200m and 400m repeats?
Trust your instincts and run what you like to run.
If you think you want to run longer races, run longer races.

Do you find yourself beating more teammates on stuff like tempo runs, mile reps, and regular mileage?
Or stuff like 200s, 400s, maybe 800s and sprint work?
Do you feel more “in the zone” racing 800 or 5k?
It’s usually an instinctual thing. I knew I was better as an 800m guy when I sucked at everything equally.
