The Army officers and sergeants beat him fiercely in the ribs and side of the head. He was in the hospital for 2 month and was kicked out with no VA privileges. County helps us alot. But he's not normal anymore. Can we sue the Feds?

Strikes me he was a totally unsuitable candidate to join the Marines in the first place.
Sure you can sue. Will you win. Almost no chance. You would need multiple witnesses to testify against the military and those officers.
Why would Army officers and sergeants be involved with Marines Basic Training. Also Google Feres Doctrine
That's the Marines. Congress mandates Marine units are ready for deadly action as small 2-4 man units, or larger on only a few hours notice. Marines physically train against one another in an unforgiving manner to fulfill this federal mandate. As a result many Marines are injured, hospitalized, and die before every seeing the enemy. It's the subject of hundreds of novels, Hollywood flicks and TV shows.
Worst lying troll attempt I have ever seen.
Here is something more believable: I went to Mars last weekend and some Martians beat me up while I was there. Can I sue them?
Has he ever received a code red?
This story doesnt pass muster.
Amazon sells a million titles with facts on this thread.
The military would take an incident like what you describe very seriously. What was the result of the investigation?
But its Labor Day Weekend, so please pass the mustard. Unless of course, it was Colonel Mustard with the candlestick who was involved in this incident.
Are you sure you aren't the one with the head injury, because the story you've posted doesn't give enough information for any reader to possibly understand what actually happened.
After every war the US in involved with, the American public gets baited into Pentagon jealously and infighting over the role of the Marines as the lead air, sea, and ground for the United States of America. I don't think anything will change after so many centuries.

If he got kicked out of the Marines he is more than likely an idiot. I've also seen plenty of people do stupid stuff to get in trouble and then not tell their families what the real reason was on why they got the boot.

I-D-I-O-T! That is you. How dare you insult my Marine Corp .
You can't touch recruits.
In fact there is no more "wall to wall counselings" anymore either.
It's always amusing to read or hear about what people outside of military service think about what happens inside military service.
I've never put a hand i a fellow Soldier. And I refrain from even yelling at fellow Soldiers.
Yelling ain't leading.
Alan
You can sue a ham sandwich.

No. No, you cannot.
Sounds like he owes his entire existence to… a dishonorable discharge.
Your goddam right I ordered the code red
