or maybe intern Karl can find something else?
It's live now on CBC in Canada
Norwegian commentators say it is a bit windy, not great 400m conditions
KWs first goal is the European Record
Missed that goal and many others ... over 45
KW runs 45.51 for 4th.
Seemed like they were rushed off the blocks. Short mark, short set.
KW says his legs just didn't respond.
Did not feel great even at the start.
Is disappointed with performance.
Will evaluate rest of season, but will likely run planned races.
flying through these intros..
Paulino to go sub 50 here? I think would be a good indicator for how fast the night is..
I think 50.4 winning time
Regular meet is now live for Japan VPN here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WcRZXaLc32M
No VPN needed but it's in German.

Well you were right on the nose. It looks like there's a strong wind on the back straight so times may be slow all around for races >= 400
I like that they're putting wavelight on the sprints now, so you can follow what pace they're on as a spectator.
Warholm looked exhausted and flat the whole time
Marco MF Arop, after not making the final at toyko, gets 2nd diamond league W in a row over the toyko medalists
