Bc Im a super senior, I don't run anymore. But I do stay physically active. I run at least 2 miles everyday with lots of lifting. I'm becoming a gym ratatatat. I'm trying to get back to my bench max of 150, and I'm leaner than ever. I would say that if I got back in the running game, I could crack 4:20 (based on my trajectory). My body fat percentage is probably at about 5%, as even during the normal day my veins are popping. I'm getting more attention from girls too, being a lean super senior and all.
The best part is that lifting takes 1/10 the mental fortitude that running does. It is not hard at all to lift heavy. Right now I'm in the "cut" phase, so I'm having a fair amount of creatine and eating LOTS OF lean meat, which I do know all about.
2 weeks from now I plan on putting my new-found fitness to the test. Will I run a 52 in the 400? Only time will tell!
