wanted the coros pace 2 but doesn't offer music. help!
My experience: Pace 2 is an awesome running watch (with some very minor kinks) and value for the price, but because I also need music, payments (to stop by the grocery on the way back etc.), and phone calls at least for emergency (if I’m stuck unable to run back and it’s freezing cold outside), I use the Apple Watch on one wrist and the Pace 2 on the other. The total price is still less than Garmin or Polar watches with all of the features combined. Plus Apple Watch integrates great with the Apple ecosystem controlling your TV, receiving phone calls etc, which has value for me, but it sucks as a running watch.
I often also measure the workout on both but primarily rely on the Pace 2. I charge Apple every day and the Pace 2 every couple weeks. Haven’t found anything that works better than this combination for me, especially if I take price into account.
