I have a 3200m time trial coming up after summer training for the start of XC. I will be a junior in HS this year and have been averaging 46 miles a week this summer.
My current PR’s are:
400m-53
800m-1:59
1600m-4:43 (Only ran twice during track season I think I could have gone low 4:30’s or high 4:20’s
3200m- 10:26 (Only ran once during track and got 2nd and the people behind me later got 10:10’s)
5k- 17:24
