1) I don't run everyday anymore.
2) I run different routes on different days.
I run the same route and distance every day. Ran different routes and different distances when I was young and training hard. Now that I'm old, its the same route everyday for fitness and fun. Haven't raced in years, but still do hard workouts sometimes, like fartleks and tempo runs.
I do all my running on the treadmill now. It really isn't even running, I just stand in place and lift my feet up and down while the belt moves.

One of me. Except when I have a target race coming up. Then I'll shift into alternating fartlecks in the hills, a day on the track for 440s or 880s. And probably some other Sprint Hill Interval Training one day per wk.
