Props for Puma for signing Molly and building a campaign around her. Huge payoff!!

puma is raking right now. they make great investments for having a fraction of NIke's roster. they must put out a very good product.
Agreed, I couldn’t believe Saucony dropped the ball on this one.
She made the Olympic team on her marathon debut while also debuting Saucony’s first super shoe. What a total marketing F up… but hey that still got Stinson…
Good job Puma
I haven't actually been counting, but my impression is Puma is second in the shoe race. I've see way more Puma's than Adidas.
If she had the Nike supershoe she would have won by like 5 min according to letsrun

Every HS girl will be wearing those Pumas this year.
Well done Puma. Sh!t I might even buy a pair just because.
Saucony just implemented a company-wide policy that the Women’s 2020 Olympic Marathon must never be discussed. It is their official position that the marathon was cancelled.
Hey we all wish it wasn't so but how many people buying Saucony (or Brooks, or.......) run shoes can tell you how far a marathon is?

It’s actually a nice shoe just a touch too heavy for my preference
It weighs less than the VaporFly2.

Their product has nothing to do with it. I'm sure the bulk of their money is from "sport culture" sales. Hell, I had a pair of Pumas as a teenager because I saw M-I-K-E to the D wearing a pair on a poster.
But yes they have invested well with Duplantis, Seidel (long shot delivered), and Warholm.
Which Puma shoes did she race in?

Not unless they can get shoes on the street. I've never seen a runner wear Pumas.
I'm in my late 40s. I remember Puma being sort of a thing when I was growing up. Then it seemed to go away for a pretty long time. When the brand started to get reestablished in the U.S., it was more a lifestyle brand (and it still certainly has that component as do all apparel companies), and then I started see more and more athletes wearing Puma in multiple sports. Growing up, I didn't know it was a non-American brand.
Apparently comfortable, she couldn’t wait to get out of them.

De Grasse?
I have a pair of the velocity nitros and they’re an awesome daily trainer. Very similar to Skechers razor 3 but with more cushioning.
I dare you to find a shoe that is comfortable after 26.2 grueling miles

I'm still in love with a girl named Spike.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
