It's clear from the pictures that it's the same track at the GEMS Cambridge International School in Rongai that the RAC uses. But he's always solo, so I guess he's not looking to get anyone else in trouble.

Also, I don't think the ban forbids him from training.

He always seemed to get the better of Tim when they raced healthy but I feel like Tim is on another level now. Plus, just after they suggested Manangoi was beating Tim in workouts they ran the impossible games 2000 and Manangoi looked awful. He was 15 seconds back.

They did a joint Q&A for the Olympic Channel where Tim admitted Elijah has better speed while he has better endurance and pacing. Coach Bernard Ouma also said Tim's success is down to hard work and dedication while Elijah's was down largely to natural talent.

Nope. There's no such thing. The facility does not belong to AK or WA.

Kiprop failed to make the Kenyan team by right the year he got popped. He was already talking about moving to the 5000 the following season and acknowledged the RAC boys would be the ones to chase sub-3:26.
We're talking about a guy who had a rep for getting drunk and all sorts of disorderly and easily whipping himself back into shape in time for the season. I strongly believe that he was clean in the previous ten years of his career until it got harder and he just couldn't come to terms with being unable to compete.
Elijah and his brother George are dopers. Elijah was dominating the diamond league and George was winning world juniors and ready to join his brother at the top. Then poof they both disappear for a few years with no reaults. Either yet another under the table doping ban (WADA is shady AF) or they were ordered to stop doping or else face suspension.
