Just to clarify, I have used them a few times and noticed some difference mainly because my nose tends to get stuffed up...these seemed to help. I remember the huge Ronald Decosta ad for BR strips when he set the marathon WR a few years ago and was wondering if this caused anyone to rush out and try them - what were the results?
can't remember where but I think they did some studies that say that nose strips don't work.
The dude hthat was the state hs champ in the two mile for ny last used those things during races. Maybe they helped?
Only those who are paid to wear them and those who are foolish enough to blindly follow their example.
If you find it helps, why not? Might be just mental but if it works for you, go for it. Studies have shown just about anything including that high mileage is a waste of time as is warming up, stretching, going to altitude, ect...
