Hello everyone,
on many articles an threads we find plenty of information about weekly mileages of former elite or sub-elite runners covering like 150 or more miles/week... Personally I believe that they also calculate warm-up and cool down miles.
How do you calculate your miles per week? Do you include warm ups, cool downs and rest-jogs in your weekly balance?
My example:
- Marathon pb: 2h27'
- peak "clear" miles per week: 80
- peak "gross" miles per week: 100 (also including all "junk-but-very-important" pre and after workout mileage)
Thanks.
