Anybody ever get to the point where they're just sick of running and take a long break in order to try other/new things?
I love running and it's been apart of my life since high school. I'm just at the point now where I realize I'm not going to get much better. In a way, I'm kind of tired of running, as I just do it "because," knowing I'm at my limit. I'm kind of unmotivated to keep going without pushing myself like in my usual training.
Anybody have a similar experience?
