I've taken a few days off since I got vaccinated but I'm worried I'm starting running again too soon. Thoughts?

Any symptoms? I took one day off, and then started running again. My resting heart rate was about ~10bpm higher than normal (50's instead of 40's) and the run was slightly more difficult, but everything went back to normal within a few days. Oh, and didn't take anytime off after the first dose cuz I didn't have any side effects.
Ran that day. Never skipped a beat.

maybe one day, but not more than that.
Didn't take any time off after the first shot (Pfizer). For the second, I ran in the morning, got the shot in the afternoon, took a planned day off the next day (felt mildly sick too), and felt fine & had a normal run the following day.
If you're still worried, just plan a short, easy run your first day back and extend it if you feel ok.
I got vaccinated in my running gear and went on a 16 mile long run, 20 min after getting vaccinated.
one day off slight fever 2nd dose then 80mpw no probs

Sore arm next day after the first shot so I took 3 days off.
2nd shot: no effects. Went running the next day.
Ten minutes, the time they made me sit around waiting. No effect whatsoever.
I biked 12 miles to my second shot and returned right after that. Next day I felt a little foggy, but did an easy 3 miler.

I ran before getting vaxxed. Ran the next day (45 minutes), no issues. Felt a little tired later on the following day, so I went to sleep an hour earlier. After that it was like it never happened . . . like getting a flu shot. Nothing to write home about, in other words.

Foggy is what I called feeling tired. That came after my morning run the next day.
First shot was no big deal. After the second I felt like ass warmed over but jogged 45 minutes.
On one hand I think you guys are huge babies, would hate to see how you cope with a couple days of man flu.
On the other hand, I feel sorry for you because you've obviously been taken in by Joe Rogan or some other idiot on the internet who's telling you that a mRNA vaccine is going to alter your DNA or something which is just not the case.
I got both my Moderna shots on Friday afternoons about 2:00PM. After both I ran my usual 7:00AM Saturday 7-mile trail run. After the first shot I was about 0:30/mi slower than usual. After the second shot I was about 0:10/mi slower than usual. 8 months later I have experienced no other symptoms, and have gotten seriously fit and ready for what should be my best XC season start in several years.
i walked out of the pharmacy and began a 4 mile run. I had to travel a bit to the nearest vax center, so I took advantage to get a run with some new scenery.
the next day, i had a very slight very fever and had to wait until dusk to sweat through what should have been a very easy 2 miles.
Ask Sage
I just took one day off and got right into it. Also smoked a bowl before running. Nothing crazy just a slightly sore arm.
I ran a few hours after my second jab. Felt a bit ragged. Next day I had the symptoms and was fatigued. I took it off as a precaution though I was feeling normal by about 24 hours after. Ran normally from then on.
25 minutes. 10 miler in 68:15, bit of a cold and windy day.
