I'll go with about 100 players total.

Zero.
Again about 100 NFL players could beat her.

There might be ten-twenty players that can beat her. One or two might be pretty damn big.
Robert Quinn's sister Jasmine is one of the fastest 100m hurdlers ever, competing in these Olympics, so he's probably fast too.

Not a single defensive lineman, offensive lineman, or punter could beat her. A few people at other positions could. Of the 1700 people on NFL rosters, I’d guess probably less than 200 would beat her.
I'm going to take issue with your assertion that no lineman or punter would beat her. You never know, one might surprise you and run shockingly fast. But yes, most linemen would be in the 11.5 to 13 range. But you never know when a big man defies expectations.
In other words, you never know when that 1 in a million Brian Oldfield type of guy might appear. With a bit more modern training, he would have given Thompson a legitimate race. A guy like that might be hiding in the NFL line somewhere.
Even in the field of punters, you might have a guy hiding who could have a shot at it. For example, Brian Moorman ran 49.7 for the 400m hurdles. That is equivalent in the scoring charts to a 10.2. It isn't a crazy idea that a sub 10.6 guy might be making his living kicking a football.
But I agree that a high percentage of even the speed positions would lose to her. Maybe 70% of WR and 80% of runners. But I also bet over half of them would have her beat to 30m, they just would lack her top end and especially speed endurance.

DK Metcalf ran what was it 10.3 on almost no track training. Imma go with 5%. Maybe a few punters and other slow people.
🤦🏻
Of course she isn't beating Metcalf or The Cheetah AKA Tyeeek Hill, but she could probably beat a lot of top name stars in the league. This young lady could possibly beat Flo Jo' s record in a couple of years. He'll she probably could have dropped another .05 if she was in a race with someone in front of her. Most pro teams will actually give you a look with this kind of speed if someone walked in the door and can either catch, throw, or tackle. You might not start, but they might sign you to the practice squad.

And he's a wide receiver? I would be very surprised if even one punter could run 10.6. No linemen would beat her and very unlikely any linebackers would. That's half of the players in the NFL right there. No chance 95% of NFL players could run faster than 10.61...
Do you really think a punter with the following hurdle times couldn't run 10.6 in the 100m?
55m: 7.50
110m: 13.81
400m: 49.77
FWIW, a 13.81 110h scores more IAAF points than 10.32 in the 100m and is vastly superior to 10.61.
Or a linebacker who's run a 4.38 40 couldn't? Obviously the linemen are not going to be running those times, but a lot of the WRs, RBs, safeties/CBs could throw on track spikes and hit 10.61. There are a handful of guys in other positions who could as well.
A linebacker who's run a 4.38? There probably isn't even one NFL linebacker who's run a 4.38, that's a monster time even for an NFL running back.
Yes, there are a ton of fast guys in the NFL, but they are not as fast as what many posters in here seem to think.
I'd guess that she could beat all but 150 NFL players.
She would smoke literally every lineman, linebacker, kicker, punter, 85% of all DB's and WR and 90% of running backs. Only QB that cold give her a race is Jamar Jackson.
So she is faster than 95%+ of the NFL
Not just her, the top three finishers were all under 10.8.
That would be faster than almost 90% of the players on n the league .
90%.
Stick the in the blocks with a woman and their egos would trip them over.
We know Metcalf can beat here. And I am pretty sure there are about a dozen others.
Not many.
Would you make them wear pads?
The answer is at least 95%. Three guys per team, at the most, could beat her over a full 100m. DJ Metcalf is arguably the fastest guy in the NFL. He focused on sprint training for several weeks, and was only .22 ahead of her.

DK is not really the fastest guy in the nfl. He ran 4.33. That is fast for sure but taken down by a few guys each year. Also again he ran 10.3x and is well clear. I am of the opinion that you could train any sub-4.40 db/rb/wr to run 10.5 FAT. They would have to work for it like DK. Are there about 6 guys per team who fall into this category? Yes I believe so. With no track work I’d agree the number is way lower. Also worth noting a lot of these guys are not stars and are very niche players (returners, nickle corners, backup rbs, and fifth wrs). So it’s very few of the big stars like DK and Tyreke.
i thought sha carri smoked with them?

What’s with multiple posters on here seeming to believe that RBs are faster than WRs and DBs? RBs are built to hit the whole hard, but are bigger in size and often at most can give 30 yards of top-end speed.
Receivers and DBs are not only faster in general, but their speed is longer lasting. Even so, most of them can’t go 100m at a high level. What made DKs rundown of Budda Baker so impressive was that he was still picking up speed after 5-6 seconds. NFL players aren’t working on 100m speed. Maybe 10-15% could beat her in a 40, but the number is tiny that could run her down for a length of the track.
And to the person who said a lineman (or even a LB) might go 10.6, no. Just no. Ever see one of those guys try to run back a fumble the length of the field?
% of all NFL players is stupid because half of them are barely under 5 seconds for the 40 yard dash (linemen/kickers/punters). percentage of WR or CBs or RBs would be more interesting.
Nope Dk actually has always had great topend he is good at the 40, but blows all but a few guys away in terms of topend.Footballers are good in the 40, acceleration is the most trainable part of the 100m, but they are seriously lacking in topend.
And there are not 6 guys like this per team, maybe 20 in the league that's optimistic. No track work maybe 10.
Most NFL players dont run over 20.5 mph, this in in pads yes, but they don't weigh more than 8% of the players weight they may run slightly over or under 22. 5 mph but Elaine is capable of running close to 25mph.

Not really fair saying what percentage of the nfl since half the players are lineman and two to three times heavier than her. She’s not smoking man skilled position guys except qb. No where near 80% of wrs, rbs and dbs. Most of these guys ran faster when they were in HS and are way faster now. Stop reaching.
You obviously don’t how fast some linebackers are. There are lbs that could run faster and probably some speed rushing dends as well. Nick chubb was the size of an nfl lb in HS and was faster than her while bulking for college football. Comparing the two is stupid. Nfl athletes are built for explosion, change of direction, in a relatively small area.
Most wr’s and dbs who are under 30 atleast lol could still smoke her tho.

Griffin ran 4.38 at the 2018 combine, and Simmons ran 4.39 at last year's. They are both linebackers. There are quite a few others who would be good for 4.4x. Jon Ryan (punter, now in the CFL but 10+ years in the NFL) has run a 4.45. There are freakishly fast guys at all positions, I don't know what percentage of total players could run 10.6 but I'm pretty sure it's more than 5%. We've seen enough NFL players actually compete on the track in the 10-10.2 range to know there's a healthy amount of speed talent.
Metcalf is nowhere near the fastest in the NFL. You’ve got guys like Anyhony Schwartz and Tyreke Hill who have run 10-low in high school. There are probably 10 guys in the league with this profile. They could beat her with ease, as could the guys like Metcalf in that 10.2-10.4 range. Then the next level beyond that— still almost all WRs, DBs, RBs and your occasional QB, undersized LB, etc— would be a toss up.
She’s fast as heck, of course, and would embarrass tons of male pros in any number of sports.
She'd beat most of them, over both 100 and 200 meters. But there would be a few who would beat her.
