800 semis are brtual.
Once it went slow I figured she didn't have a great chance.
Ajee has been so good for so long I took her for granted and looks like she may never get to compete in an Olympic final.

She's only "good" for an American. World level, an also-ran.
A great, great runner. Sad to see her window closing like this. Always dignified and graceful. Hope she can put the pieces together and make a run at worlds next year.

Did you say non doped. Guess she needs a new beef supplier since her current one isn't working out.

Um non doped?? Not so sure about that?
Blah, blah, blah.

For a few years she was best in the world except for a few women who no longer qualify due to being too male.
Blah, blah, blah. She was only "world best" during an era of poor performances. Sorry, 1:56 doesn't make you an all-time great. She's an also-ran...just like so many other Americans.
She ran 155.
You are wrong
1:55 and 2 WC Bronze medals in the last two World Championships is good on the world level.
I don’t know what’s up with a tribute thread for a 27 year old.
30 is too old for the Olympics?
once she stopped eating tainted beef she started running a lot slower. highly suspicious.
She ran sub 1:56...ONCE...4 YEARS AGO. #20 All-time performer. Bronze at best. Now, an also-ran and never-to-be.
Is she dead or retired? Seems a bit premature to have a tribute thread.

You mad bro? Sounds like you have something personal against her? Or trolling which btw if so is terrible trolling lol either way you a sad individual.
Back to what thread should be about, Ajee sounds like just having a bday year mentally and physically, it happens she has been at a top level for a long time and I barely see her run a bad race which she she doesn't seem to have it this year.

Agreed. She might never be the top American again but I still can see her making teams.
No idea why this thread even exists.

Did you literally just say the #20 All Time World performer and multiple medal winner is an "also ran"?
Either you're a troll or an idiot. I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you're a troll.
She won't talk about what upended her training this spring, and of course training partner Lipsey has been MIA for years now. Rodgers left that group too. Probably a lot more going on than we know, but I guess no one owes us any explanations.
She definitely benefited from chasing men around the oval, but also her best years were taken away by them. It has to take a psychological toll, even if she seems to have a pretty chill personality overall.
I think she can still make 2024, but the US has too many young 800m talents to make it easy for her.
She is doped, just had a great excuse when she was caught

She got lucky that the lenient USADA handled her case.
What a shame that IAAF didn't appeal.
