2. IF a runner is logging 60 mpw to reach his potentail, suddenly in the next year he drops back to run 25 mpw. How much 5k time will he have or no difference at all?IF so, why the eilte runners are still running 100 mpw?
Is the only difference the weight of runners which make them become faster due to greater weight loss following the greater volume of training schemes?OR there will any improvement in running economy and vo2max?
