What’s the consensus here on the Pegasus 38? Been a long time user of the Pegasus line. Usually 2,500 miles/year in them. That said, I find the 38 (and 37 before them) stiff and clumsy. They change my gait and give me foot and ankle pain that I’ve never had before. Thinking of tossing them and buying some old 36s.
Never had the 38's, but i kinda like the feeling of the 37. Obviously a lot bigger but I like the cushion. 36's ofc one of the best overall shoes, a tried and true classic.
I found the 37s to be very comfortable and kinda fun to run in, but I also suspect they may have caused me some ankle and posterior tibial tendon issues. 38s look to be almost identical with some tweaks to the upper, which is consistent with the typical Pegasus product cycle - major changes every two years, minor updates in the off years.
If you run a 5k in 21 minutes or slower then they are fine as a do it all shoe.

Strange - I run sub 16 and use them as my daily trainer.
