I have a 200m race in 1 week. I decided to do some time trials today to get a rough idea of where I am.
I time trialed 150 meters in 19.75 from a standing start (it wasn't all out, I took the float a bit easier. think I could have hit 19.6).
I then rested for 15 minutes, and in a similar effort in the 150 meters, I time trialed a 100m in 13.09. There was a moderate headwind for both efforts.
What do you guys think I could race 200m in 7 days from now? This is my first sprint race ever, so I have no previous results to give as a reference. Would appreciate any opinions or insight!
