Needs to be in sub 12:45 shape these days. Also needs to not get DQed. The Olympics will be less forgiving of his on-track antics.

Grant said on his podcast he just did a workout consisting of 6-7k of work @5k-3k pace. That's very impressive as well. I think all three guys could medal.

Only 6 people have ever even run under 12:46 let alone in the Olympics which is a notoriously slow/tactical race usually that was a pretty stupid thing for you to say
He would be hated if he were white and had done that to a black runner and not been DQed. He probably would be DQed by now just based on public pressure.
