Where I live it is very hot(literally over 90 degrees all 24 hrs if you include humidity) and it very hard to run longer distances in these types of temperatures. I have been regularly doing doubles to help cope with this, but on these runs my heart rate still exceeds what it should be on easy runs. Should I just slow down more? Or should I lower the mileage per run and keep the same pace? It would be broken down like this 3 3 or 2 2 2( not those exact numbers but for example). Thanks guys
