Yah, 7:20 is 3:56 mile pace and Komen himself is the only guy to run sub 8:00 for two miles with a 3:59.xx pace.

I'm talking about how England normally gets two DL meets a year, without one being canceled. And how they invariably both suck.
Try to think things through before deciding to be upset and lashing out. That may seem like fun but it's really self-torture. Instead, ponder "what could he mean by two a year" and then "ah, that's right, there's usually a London and a Birmingham" and then your mind will be at ease and able to think of enjoyable things rather than painful.
Does anybody know who was the anchor for the All Stars in the women's 4x100M relay? She received the baton dead-last and ate up so much ground she finished 3rd. I couldn't believe how quick she was.
