the method is a bit extreme, but the mechanics they preach are accurate in my opinion. it is more efficient to run with a slight lean, allowing your stride to open up behind you. in this you are allowing gravity to assit you, as you are essentially falling foward, rather than pushing off with each step. also, when done properly, your center of gravity is directly over your midfoot, allowing your knees to act as hinges, rather than shock absorbers (as with a heavy heal striker). i believe many elites run this way, altough i can think of several very fast runners that don't adhere to these principles. not to attack, but i am curious what the original poster's theory of good form is? having said all that, i don't plan on trading my pegs for puma h streets any time soon...
