What does everyone use for timing their sprints during training?
Hand-timed?
Electronic, if so what device?
Video timed?
What are the pros/cons of what you are using?

Freelap system is usually used from what I see; it's apparently as accurate as FAT timing.
I just use hand-time and slap on .3 to .5 seconds to whatever split I hit to get a rough estimate of what it would be in FAT. I've found it's a pretty good rule of thumb (ex: 100m time trial from standing start in 12.00 is around 12.3 FAT for me in competition with blocks)
Get a Jawku only 200$ and accurate to the hundredth of a second.
Freelap is practical and relatively cost effective compared to the alternatives.
Anything less than 120-150 I wouldn't say is worth timing unless you've got freelap or lasers - the margin for error is just too significant a proportion of the overall time. Further than that stopwatches should be fine.
