First 2 took a little bit to get comfortable, but the rest felt smooth and very in control

Probably just about that pace? Maybe a smidge faster with how easy you described it as and the total volume. But maybe just a bit slower if you’re a workout warrior or tapered at all for this workout if it was intended as a big effort.
We really need to know more to make an accurate prediction, but, for fun, 1:12 (+/- 2 minutes).

This was also done on flat road, not really much undulation
Not tapered, training volume (triathlon stuff) has been normal at about 15 hrs/week for roughly 6 weeks so definitely carrying some fatigue. Day before this workout had a hard-ish swim and 3 hr ride with 30 minutes of threshold work. About 30 miles weekly avg for run, most of that has either been tempo or endurance + warmup
3 weeks from now I'll do a half TT with a 1 week taper leading into it. It's been a while since my last race effort so I'm trying to get a feel for how I should pace it

IMHO seems doubtful you'd get a 1:12.... rough guess is 1:16:30 +- 2 min
Run an actual race... even a shorter one... and you/we'd have a better idea...
Ya I’m going to go with this is touch faster than HM pace. That is basically a touch under 1.5 mile cruise intervals with a normal rest. 9 miles of total volume. If this was really really easy then maybe 1:12-1:13 but these workouts are too easy to fake. I am going to say 1:14:30-1:15.
