It’s somewhat insulting but 100 percent accurate.

Not an insult unfortunately just reality, she blows away every other US 100m sprinter and even she might not win gold. She might be the only potential medalist. I think Oliver makes the finals but no one else

The US has not won the gold medal in the women's 100 since 2000 and that gold was taken away from Marion Jones for drug use. The last official 100 winner was Gail Devers in 1996. Jamaica has dominated the 100m for both men and women for the last three Games as well as breaking the 4x100 record for men. I think the 4x100 for women may fall to them this year.

She's completely throwing shade at those that made it legally.

But honestly, I don't care if we don't medal as long as we're not represented by a dirty drug cheat.

I'm not of fan of shacarri personally but I am a fan of the sport.

A Cheater is one who acts in dishonesty in order to gain advantage.

Yes she acted in dishonesty by breaking the rules, yet she gained no advantage so it was very stupid on her part.

A doper is one who uses a banned substance in order to gain a performance advantage.

Many have said on the boards that marijuanais not a PED, and WADA has even stated it is banned as a substance of abuse.

I meant doper as in the sports definition not someone who smokes dope btw.

This is like your braggart neighbor who rubs it in your face that his car is better and his house is better but then he gets busted for embezzlement.

You can use any definition you like.

Besides disrespecting the other competitors, she is also disrespecting herself.

What is your definition of dope?

While she may fit the definition of a doper because weed can be considered dope, she does not fit any definition of cheater.

Cheater definition :a person who acts dishonestly in order to gain an advantage.

She gained no advantage, so she is in no way a cheater. You can say "You can use any definition you like" but that's not real. Like reality exists and fact exists, this isn't an opinion thing. In no way did she actually cheat, as cheating would have been dishonestly doing something for an advantage. Even acknowledging that she broke the rules and should accept the punishment, you can't also say she is a cheater, as that is simply not factually accurate. Someone who says that would be either racist or very anti marijuana. Which I assume there is a lot of on these boards and sadly in society.
