Doesn't make the team in the 100 or 200. Bet he wishes he stayed with the 400.

LOL
This is a win he got 3rd in the 100m but narrowly missed the 200m team running massive pb both times his ultimate goal is building his speed to run 42.
He lacked 400m fitness(this year) and would of had no chance of making the team.
he’s the 3rd man ever to run sub 10/20/44 and he made the 100 meter team despite just starting to train as a pro for it this year. I think he’s fine
Realized my smooth brain mistake. Definitely meant to write that he was a non factor in the 100. He has run good times, but he won't contend for a medal in the 100 at all. 400 he had a shot.
Kerley will not be able to go to Olympics and do a Jesse Owens or Carl Lewis but Kerley is an Olympian, 100m & 4 x 100m relay. Outstanding! Fred Kerley had a plan.
Kerley hasn't optimized his 100m after just 1 year back to the event, he will likely only go faster in Tokyo and honestly might get silver
He became only the 3rd man in history along with M. Norman and Wayne Van Niekerk to run sub 10 for 100, sub 20 for 200 and sub 44 for 400

What???? You are a foking IDIOT if you don’t think he can contend for a medal.
US men will sweep the100 and 200 in Tokyo.Shoot the way the rest of the
world is looking right now,may sweep the 400 too.

He can definitely make the final and anyone who makes the final will be a medal contender.
I'm trying to see who on the world stage is also a medal contender. DeGrasse for sure, Simbine, after that no one outside the US really stands out.
I get mixing it up with the 100 and 200, not sure why one would do this in an olympic year though.
He won't be medaling in the 100, He would have a legitimate shot in the 400.
he didn’t think he had a shot in the 400, so he didn’t have a shot. you’re free to disagree with him, but if he didn’t believe it himself, it wasn’t gonna happen.
