no, smalling.
it's for a research paper...our english teacher requires 1 figure--ok, caffiene!
How about a typical week of American training or Australian training? Not everyone in a country trains the same. Find "Train Hard, Win Easy" by Toby Tanser. Lots of stuff on Kenyan "school boy" training. Specifically I think the school was named St. Patricks?

Yeah, they run like 50mins at 6A.M then do a workout at sometime around 12P.M then, 50mins at 6P.M, this is why nobody can beat these little bastards. They do this everyday, every week, every month, every year. People say I want to run like the Kenyans, but who really wants to run this much.
Geb book says he runs 16-20 miles a day.
Two sessions everyday, only one on Sunday.
Morning session 90-120 mins
Afternoon session: track or interval workout
Prob different for his marathon training, but that was for when he went undefeated for a decade.
Not sure about every day of the year. Read the book. Find the info. It's out there. Be it at St. Patricks, or the Military, there are (or used to be) camps like this where they would run 2-3 times a day (usually like 10k/15k/10k or something like that and the shorter runs are usually very EASY...like 8 minute pace easy). Success is no secret. If you cobble together a large group of like minded motivated runners, put them on the road twice a day, they will succeed. Too many times people get too concerned with the details of the book when they haven't even read the title.
