Well since it’s hand timed it’s probably worth maybe a 7.8 or so. It’s about average for a non-sprinter, if you are a sprinter and actually train it’s very sub par. But assuming it’s off of no training it’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not gonna be turning any heads.
What training have you been doing? What were the circumstances? This isn’t too bad actually
It's respectable especially if you're not an experienced block user or have practiced starts.
It's no indication of being a big sprint talent though.
It was just a sports lession in the school. The teacher searched a sprinter representing the school.
He picked me later on. I played quiet some soccer these days.
