First of all I am a mid 26 8k runner right now, looking to go sub 26 by the end of the season. Can someone give me a stardard week of a good training schedule. I am at about 75 miles per week right now so in that area is good. Also I am looking to up my milage durring indoor season, a plan with 90 mile weeks would also be nice, including a race here and there durring indoor but mainly focusing on outdoor.
In short can i get some different ideas on how to train, in as much detail as possible ( pace range included) I am pretty confused on what will help me the most.
