Yes she did - a lane violation. But she was too far ahead to interfere with anyone so I doubt if anyone will file a protest.

She did go out of her lane. But usually they won't call it an infraction unless it impedes another runner. And fortunately for Sha'Carri she was too far ahead to impede anyone.
