When Tyson Fury tested positive for nandolone in 2015 he admitted that he had eaten a lot of uncastrated wild boar he had bought from a farmer. The farmer signed an affidavit even. Yet despite his error, he accepted a two year ban, which was big of him considering he had done nothing wrong.
** caveat: the only problem is now the farmer has come forward and said he was offered 25,000 to lie about selling Fury the uncastrated wild boar. That he was never paid by team Fury and he never actually sold him the uncastrated wild boar. So now Fury is looking at a possible 8 year ban for tampering with the initial investigation.
It took them 6 years to figure out wild boars aren't raised on farms?
Anyhow I am getting tired of all this slander and bigotry toward uncastrated boars. They beat the odds and escape the snips, but then they get served for dinner anyhow, and to top it off now they're blamed for someone's positive test. Give 'em a break. Let just one of them live a full natural lifespan and die uneaten and unaccused.
