100m hills for 1500m runners is not speed endurance. I am surprised every now and then when Mongomery is actually correct though it does not happen often.

She is so brutal. Talks constantly, never ending, just keeps talking. And says really stupid Sh$t. Talks like she knows, when those who know, know she doesn’t know. “Yahtzee!!!!!”

I started mute her out over long stretches. I wish the video would show who is speaking.

There was nothing wrong with Tom Hammond. Extremely polished. Allowed the experts to do the technical stuff.

All I need commentators to do is correctly identify the runners. I will figure out how the race plays out.

He was not good. He got moved into track because some expert at NBC decided someone who covered horse racing could handle human racing as well. It was clear he did little homework.

He even called a guy making a a move/surging in a world championships 400m race. The guy was not even competing at that championships. The gun would fire in a race and within the first 1-2 seconds he would claim a particular runner was out well/was in the lead when no one had separated that early.

While I completely sympathize with you and agree, you have not suffered until you've heard Carol Lewis screeeeetch "She's putting the pedal to the metal" in every sprint race and mid-race in some distance races.

Yes, Lewis was truly awful noise making.

She once celebrated an athlete for his ability to speak Italian (he was Italian) and in another instance pointed out a particular athlete was from Pre-Oria which she indicated is located in South Africa-a new settlement I guess.

Why does she talk about distance training, as if she knows anything about distance training and as if she had any idea what each specific runner has done in training. Argh!!!

Did they not even mention that Henes is the daughter of the head coach? Like that's an amazing story. And an obvious one. And they don't know it - or did I miss something?
