Or should I spend another £200 for the vaporfly?
I'm looking at the tempo as a replacement for the pegasus / pegasus turbo and using it for the marathon too would save me a lot of money.
Thanks for any help

I Have both shoes. I've run 20 mile long runs in the tempo. It will make a fine marathon shoe.
Really depends on your goals and budget on which to select.
There are other so called "super shoes" that are less expensive than next%.
I have a pair that I use for long runs. I'm going to wear them in my next marathon. Extraordinary shoe that offers propulsion and cushioning.
