Men's 1500:

1. is Centro doubling or will he scratch one?

3. Is anyone going to try to go for the Olympic standard (3:35.00)?

4. How will Craig Engels and Josh Thompson do?

5. Heat 2 has Ryan Hill, Carlos Villareal, Geordi Beamish, Hassan Mead, Rob Napolitano. Who wins in this group and will they have a time that's comparable to the winning time of the first heat?

6. Why is Leo Dashbasch here and not NCAA West?

7. Damn, there are 6 heats. Are these all professionals and semi-professionals. I didn't even know pro-running was in good enough shape that this many people can be training on a world class level

Women's 5000:

1. Will anyone challenge Karissa Schweitzer?

2. Who are the sleepers here?

Men's 5000:

1. How good is Ryan Hill at the moment?

2. Why is the Lomong/Fisher/Kincaid trio split up among two heats when the strongest have been in heat one this whole meet?

3. Who will win and who will go sub 13:14?

Men's 400:

1. Why such a weak field?

Men's 3KSteeplechase:

1. Expected finish and times between Anthony Rotich, Sean McGorty and Mason Frelic?

2. We know McGorty hasn't reached his potential. How about Rotich?

3. Why isn't Obsa Ali (NCAA Steeple champion) in this event instead of 5K?

Women's 3K Steeplechase:

1. Expected finishing time on Courtney Freerichs?

Because the entry standard is 0:50 and because PTF has always been a distance-oriented meet

Haven't looked into streaming options yet, but for sure it'll be behind a paywall. And would be shocked if they allow any spectators. Assuming athletes/coaches only.

There are no spectators, the $5.99 is for the streaming. It's a pretty good deal actually, you don't have to pay a $30 monthly subscription for something that you will forget to cancel. And a large portion of that money goes back to prize money for the athletes.

No 5.99 is for the stream but Nike is picking up the tab for high schoolers so it’s free if your coach emails the people from the meet.

Am thinking we should go by their times and not weight. But yeah, I suppose you'd typically find the fatest guys in the B Heat. Will be interesting to see the Women's 10K. Even with some scratches they'll have over 30 in the field. Can we please go over some kind of protocol in the pre race meeting or instructions where all the lapped women do the same thing? Whether it's move out to Lane 3 or keep your position in Lane 1, I don't care, but it's crazy to see some moving out & others not. (Tho it does add some drama)

Multnomah County, which is where L&C College is located, went to low risk status yesterday. Spectators should be allowed.
