I used to run in one pair of shoes for everything, races included. Then I got a pair of Next% for races and that opened my eyes to the idea of different shoes for different types of runs. I picked a different pair of shoes for intervals. Now I’m wondering how many different types I could benefit from’ I’ll wear them all out, so I’m not worried about the long term cost.

Trail runner
What else? I was also thinking about having different models of shoes for the same type of workouts to impact my feet and knees differently. Maybe rotate between infinity react and triumph, for example.
